What you should know
What counts as a minor edit?
Small text changes, image swaps, link updates and minor layout adjustments. New pages, structural changes or new functionality are scoped separately.
Does unused time roll over?
No. Operate includes unlimited voice note and email changes each month. Care includes one content change per month. Unused changes do not accumulate.
Can I host the site myself?
Yes. After full payment, you own the code and can host it wherever you prefer. Care is optional.
Response expectations
Email support is answered within one working day. Priority support (Operate and Scale) is answered within four working hours during business days.
Out-of-scope rates
Additional development beyond the included time is charged at £95/hour, £350 half-day or £650 full day.
Code ownership
You own the finished website code. Care is a hosting and support service, not a lock-in contract.
